Owing to low hierarchy at work there are free flow of communication among the employees as well as the managers to have high effectiveness in the workforce and regarding the decision making process (Steve Nash Fitness World, 2014). The communication that takes place in the organization is mostly face to face and the employees are friendlier as this enhances opportunity of good communication and increases transparency of work. The company also follows a downward flow of communication between the managers and the lower level employees. The managers typically provide job instruction, clarify the procedures along with policies, assign goals and identify problems. Additionally, the company also possesses a system of lateral communication among the same level of employees to increase the effectiveness. For employee motivation the fitness center largely depends on the feedback of the consumers. As a reward for performance the company has special bonus schemes that motivate the trainers to perform well. This would ensure that there will be certain number of managers who could lead the organization efficiently to promote its internal members in varied leadership positions. Again to instill the positive motivation the fitness center should be re -developing their bonus schemes to make the employees perform better. However, to enhance the level of communication the company has been positively implementing different training processes.
