Soul and Body of Power Power is the eminent trait of the Socialist system and it depicts the major promptness of any system. These papers discuss the body and soul of Power. Power structure posses the rules and directives directed by the Community party. In many countries, there is a socialist system that comprises of one-party system in which no any other party has the authority to operate. There is a foremost rule of the party that it should posses Democratic Centralism. Party is sub-divided into branches that act as the fundamental unit for the party that controls all the branches of the party in different territorial units.

All members of branches choose the main leader by electing them at the meeting. The party’s secretary heads each of the branches. In order to manage and maintain the party, there is a chain of system that works within the party system such as from district level to the country level party is divided into subordinates. In this system, the party reflects an undivided power where it can eliminate private property due to its interpenetration with the state. Socialist system is enabled to have authority to achieve its objectives and aspiration unlike non-socialist system, where there are certain constraint and limitations to attain the intent.

While in the capitalist system, the capitalist form of private property dominates the authority in the system. However, in this epoch it is difficult to maintain the society system either with socialist system or capitalist system. Moreover, imposing and collaborating the characteristics of both socialist and capitalist system on the society in order to run the system into better and healthier way can attain the best results. Coordination System In this fast paced world, there is a need of a society to be updated according to the various changes that occur in the society and to collaborate in different aspects in various parameters in order to have a better outcome or a better future that also enhances the morality of the society.

In this approach coordination mechanism plays a vital role that portrays itself as a subsystem of the social system. It has several types in which bureaucratic coordination comprises subordination, that are, bureaucratic coordination, market coordination, self-governing coordination, ethical coordination, and family coordination. It is evident from the history that the socialist system existed before socialist system. The central legislative bodies operated the markets. Furthermore, the legal aspect of the family and community were government by the central legislative bodies, however the system was self-limited from the central state of power through the basic laws and constitutions.

Before the socialist system, the central power has a greater power to regulate the system of the society. Perhaps the power was controlled and speeds up by the central measures of the state, but the proportions were not decided by these measures. The history shows that the central power has been intervened through artificial means of legal regulation in the development of the society. The changes in the society did not spontaneously change, a series of event through central decisions of power fire and sword.

The concomitants were developed spontaneously with the self-propagation, excessive expansion of bureaucratic mechanism that was beyond the expectation of the epoch making changes.
